What Bedel does, feature by feature
One page per feature, with exactly what it does, who receives each notice and what it does not do. No promises: what is not here, Bedel does not do.
Features
- Faults and incidentsEvery fault that comes in on WhatsApp is classified, reaches whoever fixes it according to role and shift, and is closed with a photo and its deadline in view.
- Dining hallCancellations, packed lunches, kept portions and meals to the room on WhatsApp, with a cut-off time per service and the count on the kitchen's phone.
- AllergensThe kitchen labels dishes with the 14 allergens and every record carries its severity; when the menu is published, Bedel warns each affected resident on WhatsApp.
- ParcelsThe front desk logs what arrives from the dashboard or with /paquete and Bedel tells the resident on WhatsApp, even if she has not written for days.
- Space bookingRooms, washing machines or courts configured by the centre, with fixed slots, capacity and a weekly limit, booked on WhatsApp with no double bookings.
- AnnouncementsThe same notice to many people in the centre, from the dashboard or with '/difundir' on WhatsApp, knowing beforehand how many it reaches.
- Arrivals and room rackThe room rack the centre already keeps, imported and returned up to date, with who is inside right now, the evacuation plan and the "Arriving today?" question.
- Absence logWhoever sleeps away says so on WhatsApp; the front desk gets the notice, the kitchen stops counting them and the dashboard keeps the stretches and the Excel.
- Preventive maintenanceEvery month, Maintenance receives via WhatsApp the dated inspections and certificates that are due, loaded from the centre's own logbook.
- Reporting channelA form with its own link and WhatsApp, a single encrypted register, a notice to management without the content and reading with every access logged.
- LanguagesIt answers in the language of the last message, leaves links, times and names untouched, and if a translation fails the original text goes out.
- Escalation to peopleAnything about money, health, exceptions or conflicts goes to one specific phone by org chart and shift, and emergencies go to the crisis posts.
- Dashboard and metricsConversation history and search, metrics that come from counting rows, team roles and shifts, and data protection rights carried out from the dashboard.
- Events and activitiesIt sends out each event with attendance buttons, reminds 24 hours and one hour before, asks for the reason at compulsory ones and asks afterwards with an anonymous survey.
- AdmissionsIt answers anyone asking about a place with the centre's message and PDF, says first who the centre admits and records each enquiry in a list that downloads to Excel.
