Cookie policy.
A cookie is a small file a site stores on your device. Here, without dressing it up, is what we use and what we don't.
Last updated: 18 August 2026.
First things first: we don't track you
We use no analytics and no advertising trackers. No Google Analytics, no social media pixels, no tracking tools. We do not profile anyone who visits this site.
Your language, remembered
If you choose a language from the dropdown in the header, we store it in a first-party cookie called bedel_idioma that contains only the language code (es or en) and lasts one year. It is a technical preference cookie: it identifies nobody, it is shared with nobody, and it needs no consent from you. You can delete it from your browser and the site will keep working exactly the same, in Spanish.
Strictly necessary cookies (first-party)
When a centre's staff log in to the dashboard, we use session cookies from our authentication provider. They are strictly necessary to keep the session open securely and are, for that reason, exempt from consent. They are not used for advertising or tracking.
Third-party cookies (none on this site)
We embed nothing from third parties on this site. If you click «Book 30 minutes», we take you away: bedel.es/agenda redirects to a Google Calendar booking page. From that point you are on Google's site, which applies its own cookies and its own privacy policy. No cookie is set on bedel.es for that reason.
How to manage or delete them
You can block or delete cookies from your browser's settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge…). Bear in mind that if you block the strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to log in to the dashboard.
